Full-time employee in marketing / social media (m/f/d)
Do you have creative ideas, know social media and love beautiful accessories? Then you are right with us! As a medium-sized company for personalized jewelry, we are looking for a reliable employee who will support us in marketing with commitment and creative ideas. The focus is on online and social media marketing. We are a young, creative team that enables you to advance projects with your own ideas and visions and to contribute your personality flexibly.
Your tasks:
- Content creation for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest)
- Finding and developing ideas for advertising measures
- Writing marketing texts (website, advertising materials, social media, etc.)
- Research, organization and support of influencer collaborations
- Observation of usual market developments, trends and competitors
- Email marketing
- Continuous development of our stores & websites through idea generation, market and competition analysis
- Selection, control and evaluation of the right products in close collaboration with design, marketing and sales
- Active collaboration on content, branding and marketing concepts
Your profile:
- Very good knowledge of German (native speaker level)
- Creativity and reliability
- Organizational skills
- Enjoy planning and implementing marketing campaigns
- Professional experience in the area of social media, content creation
- Very good understanding and feel for trends & fashion
