If your order does not meet your expectations, you have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. You can find all the legal details in our Cancellation policy . Please note that returns will only be accepted for pre-made and unworn goods that are in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take back damaged or contaminated products.

Furthermore, the following are excluded from returns:

  • Personalized and engraved items (jewelry, accessories, clothing, phone cases)
  • Vouchers
  • Individual components of a set
  • Gift boxes

Sequence

If the goods meet the above requirements, please first contact our customer service by email at support@meinekette.de and describe your concern to us, stating your personal data as well as the order and item number. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. After you have received the cancellation confirmation from us by email, you send the package back to us within 14 days, including the completed cancellation form. After checking the return, we will refund your payment within three to four weeks. We use the same payment method that you selected during the ordering process, unless expressly agreed otherwise. If the goods are damaged when they arrive at our warehouse, we will send them back to you. Of course, we carefully check in advance whether the damage could have occurred during transport or is due to a production error.

Final Notes

The costs for returns are generally borne by the buyer, regardless of the shopping cart value. Costs originally paid for outbound shipping will not be refunded for partial returns. If an order no longer qualifies for free shipping after deducting a return or if the order value falls below €60, the postage will subsequently be deducted from the amount of the refund. If a discount code was used when ordering that is only valid for a certain order value, this can subsequently be reduced or invalid if the specified shopping cart value is fallen below due to a return.

Please use the packaging material in which you received your deliveries and ensure that the package is securely packed. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send us notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation within 14 days of delivery.
